One price, and no plan to pick.

There is one version of this software and you get all of it. No starter tier with the good parts removed, no upgrade prompt six months in, and no number that climbs when your volume does.

$349per month

Flat rate. Every feature, unlimited everything.

$1,500, one time. Getting your shop into the software. Paid once, at the start.

$3,490 a year if you would rather pay yearly. That is two months free, $698 off the monthly rate.

No contract. Thirty days notice whenever you want to stop, and your data exports with you.

What the monthly covers

Everything, because there is only one version.

You get

  • Every feature. There is no higher plan and nothing is held back for one.
  • Unlimited animals, cut sheets, pre orders, invoices and customers
  • Unlimited staff logins, each with their own permissions
  • Your own database and your own deployment, not a seat in a shared pool
  • Your domain, your brand, your photos, your prices
  • Email confirmations, cut sheet invites and pickup reminders
  • Updates as they ship, because a working shop uses this every day
  • Support direct from the person who wrote the software

What you are never charged

  • Never charged by the pound or by throughput. A heavy November costs the same as a slow February.
  • Never a cut of your sales, and never a fee per order
  • Never a charge per staff member, so adding counter help is free
  • No contract. Give thirty days and take your data with you.
The setup

What the $1,500 actually pays for.

It is not a signup fee and it is not a deposit. It is the work of putting your shop inside the software, and I do it by hand rather than handing you an empty system and a help article.

  • Your cuts, your processing rates and your deli case loaded in
  • Your brand, your photos and your domain wired up
  • Staff accounts built with the right permissions for each person
  • The counter kiosk set up on your tablet and the label station at your scale
  • Training with whoever actually runs the counter, not just the owner

The software is already built and already running a shop, so none of this is waiting on development. It is measured in days.

Worth saying plainly

Why it is flat, and why that matters in November.

A locker plant does not run at one speed all year. Deer season and the fall beef rush are three or four times a slow month. Software that bills you by throughput sends its biggest invoice in the week you are least interested in reading it, and it quietly charges you for growing.

This is one number, twelve times a year. Run a hundred animals or run four hundred. Take fifty pre orders or take fifteen hundred. Put every one of your staff on it. The bill does not move.

The honest tradeoff: a very small shop pays the same as a busy one. If you are running a handful of animals a year and no retail counter, say so on the call and I will tell you straight whether this is worth it for you yet.

Get started

See it with your own shop in mind.

Fifteen minutes on a screen share. I show you the pre order board, the cut sheet builder, the counter kiosk and the invoice it writes, and you tell me where it does and does not fit. If it is not a fit I will say so.
